Mixed Curry Dishes
These dishes are cooked on skewers over charcoal fires in a specially made clay oven called the 'tandoor'. The meat having been previously marinated in our special mixtures. These dishes are garnished with a green salad and accompanied with rice and dall sauce.
Meat and pilau rice prepared together with a special blend of herbs and spices to create a traditional Indian meal with dall sauce.
Prepared with fresh cream, coconut, ground almonds, herbs and spices. Very mild, smooth, silky and tasty. A popular dish for beginners. We do different types of kormas.
